Paid extras

• Verified badge, MVR 50, once. We check your ownership papers. See how we check listings.
• Featured, MVR 150 a week. Your place sits at the top of search and is pinned on our Telegram channel. The weeks start when we approve your payment.

You can order either one from your listing in My listings.

How to pay

Pay by bank transfer to the account shown when you order, from an account in your own name, and add the transfer slip. We check it, switch the extra on and email you to confirm. That email is your receipt.

Refunds

• If we can't give you the Verified badge, for example because the papers don't match, we refund the full amount.
• If you pay twice or pay too much, we refund the difference.
• If we take a Featured listing down for a reason that isn't yours, we refund the weeks that are left.
• No refund when you mark the place rented early, or when a listing is removed for breaking our listing rules.

Refunds go back to the account you paid from within 7 days.
